Respected chairperson,
Firstly, Inspite of having a recharge I am not able to receive any calls. Tried to call to customer care but where the option come to issue of calling the call get automatically disconnected. I need a compensation as I have applied for a job via referral. Kindly have a look as possible. And second thing is when my recharge gets expired then they turnoff services from the very next day but they send me reminders to recharge to within 7days to continue my incoming call facility.
Looking forward for the better resolve as soon as possible
