I am writing in reference to innumerable complaints I am receiving from many people , banks and relatives.
They are calling me on this number, it is ringing but I am not receiving any calls on this number. They say it is ringing as usual with no response from me. This has been happening for 4 months now. In the past 3 weeks I missed some important verification calls from banks for loan and due to non response from me my loans are delayed simply. This is in sim1 slot.
I have another number from Vodafone which is 88886310707 in sim 2 slot which is perfectly fine.
Please have your technical team check the issue and resolve the issue at the earliest.
I will expect a call from your technical team with a resolution as soon as possible!!!!!
