I have ordered women peep toes block heels brown in colour which is not delivered yet to me and on myntra app it is mentioned as delivered on Thursday 2 nd March.
I had a word with the customer care team namely Amit, Anu and their Manager Arjun who all gave me silly ? explanation and does not bother to register my complaint.
I have clearly mentioned that you can check with your delivery guy the said product is not delivered to me and hence you can either deliver the product or you can refund my money. Customer don’t call for yours sympathy and all your pre defined sentences. They called as I want the resolution.
You can check how many times I have ordered from Myntra…and for such a loyal customer you have given this type of treatment.
Have also attached the product image and product invoice for your reference.
