I had ordered saree worth rupees 1499 from kalyani silke( website : https://www.kalyanisilks.com/) they had dispatched from the below address
Activity : Manifested – Consignment Manifested
Location : Surat_Kacholi_GW (Gujarat)
When I received the product it is quite opposite and that was not the product I ordered.
There is contact number in the website (81 28 74 57 49) they don’t answer the call when we try to reach them, via watz app they replied that the product will be exchanged in 2 to 3 weeks time since 10 days over I tried to follow up but they stopped responding.
i also sent mail to kalyanisilks.contact@gmail.com which is mentioned in the website, but still no responds.
then I realized that they are frauds and they does this to all the customers.
I order to stop them we need to claim the amount and the penalty charges from them.
