I saw an advertisement in Facebook for an office chair from Perfect Sale. I made on-line order for it for Rs. 1,499/- on 9th February 2021. I made online payment through Razorpay. In Razorpay email it says paid to Flake Shop Online. Money has been deducted from my account. I received an SMS from Perfect Sale with order confirmation for order # 1037 and link to view the order. Also it was mentioned that they will notify when it ships. Since I didn’t receive any response from them, this morning I click the link to view my order. The link is unavailable. There is no support contact number or email to rise any query. I have not received the product yet. This looks like a scam. Facebook should also take action against such fraudster who use their platform to cheat general public. Please do the needful.
