This is the fourth year of subscription. They repeated the first grade as my son was in Sr. We found byju’s subscription useless after the first year itself. Then we asked for a refund, but never got a response to our email, even after multiple follow-ups. We gave up and continued with our subscription. Now my son is in third grade, we waited for their books and memory card for the same grade. Since it’s been a long we did not receive the books, we tried calling all the mentors but no number is working now.
