I had ordered (order no #OD13984) from Family Mart M H Enterprise under .It was Foldable multipocket waterproof bag (buy 1 get 1 scheme) @ Rs.1199/- with COD. But when the parcel was delivered to me it had only one bag which was also a different colour than ordered or mentioned in invoice. In the parcel it was written quantity 2, Check/black.I had placed the order on 10th Jan 2024 and received confirmation regarding booking of order and shipoment on 11th jan 2024 with DTDC courier tracking number 140410838. I received the parcel on 16th Jan 2024 . I registered a compalint mail to support@familymart.in on 16th Jan 2024 7.28 pm. but failed delivery message received,I have again sent mail with detils on 19th jan 2024 but the same has not been acknowleged.
