I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my order placed four months ago. Initially, I ordered a kurthi, which was later deemed unavailable. Despite agreeing to a pricier alternative, my order has yet to be delivered, despite repeated assurances.
The lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate resolution, either by delivering my order promptly or issuing a full refund. Failure to address this matter promptly will lead me to escalate through consumer protection agencies.
