Hello Sir/Ma’am,
Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this email because Paytm company is not refunding my money since July 2019. I have booked ticket through paytm application from Bombay to Delhi. Later the tickets got cancelled, due to closure of the Jet Airlines. I called paytm customer care and spoke with one of rep. they said that the refund will be processed. Safer side kindly place a complaint on the app as well. It was done by me and as it still shows in the image, ‘REFUND PROCESSING’.
Due to covid situation and other stuff, it just slipped out of my mind but a month ago, I realized that I have still not received the refund.
Now recently a month ago, I contacted them but they are giving some irrelevant answers and closing the ticket. Its almost 3 years but not received any refund.
Also if I am making the booking through paytm, then my contact person will also be paytm as the airlines provide refund directly to paytm npt to customer.
I am attaching the screenshot of ticket which was booked and also screenshot of the ticket number which was raised but not resolved. Requesting you to take appropriate action and help me with the refund.
