Text of Complaint by Mili sejpal:

i have ordered a united colors of benetton black leggings and it was damged so i requested exchange first time … Delivery person did not come to pick up and deliever the exchaged product … And he cancelled exchange stating product did not pass in quality check… I complained myntra they did not solve it.. i again requested exchange … Same thing happened again … Delivery person did not come for pick up and deliver for the exchanged product .. and stated product failed in quality check … And same again i called myntra customer care but they dint resolve and were least bothered to resolve my complaint …. both the time i had not received any contact number to contact delivery person
Then i requested return … Pick up person named moin came and picked up damaged product which i received … I received the message that your product is picked up by our delivery partner..and your refund will be processed soon. And then its showing in my myntra app that your pick up is rejected because failed in quality check ….
Pick up person picked up the product after checking quality only infront of me …. They took away my product and also not refunding my money back… Customer care also not respoding properly they cut the call…
I want my money back ..
