Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this mail because paytm company is not refunding my money since May 5. I have book ticket through paytm application from Goa to Aizawl for my sister Lalremruati Pachuau. I received a message and mail that the flight has been cancelled entirely and that it will be refunded. I have placed my request on the refund to paytm, they answered my message once, so i was waiting for the refund. After a week i called and messaged them many times but they never respond to my call or messages. It almost a month now and i have not received the refund yet. My flight PNR is YDKF3, Booking ID is 13479089503 and my complaint no.to paytm is 189298553. Its a kind request you to take appropriate action.
