I’ve ordered a mi Powerbank from mi store online, on 10-10-2022, and after waiting 15 days, I’ve called xiaomi costumer care for help and they told me I will get solution within 2 days, and after 2 days instead of solution they have cancelled my product, and they said I will receive my refund of rupees 1049/- within 10 working days, they told Me this on 25 – 10-22 today it 8 – 11-22 still I haven’t received a penny, whenever I call to the costumer care they dont solve my problem, instead they just keep my call on hold for no reason,
Iam really struggling to get my money,
Please help me to gety refund,
