I have booked ticket in paytm bus travel. in the last moment bus operator cancelled the bus and they asked to raise a complaint with paytm customer care, still the paytm team not able to refund or respond on my ticket raised on 27th August 2023.

Not able to find any customer care number, in chat its very worst service.

Operator is asking to check with paytm.
