I had ordered a bajaj gyser from flipkart but got a different model. When i asked for return and refund without any clarification the customer support team issued a replacement. After the product was returned they told i wont get refund but only replacement after arguments they told me that they will cancel the replacement and after that i can ask for refund but i have not got any refund till date that is after a month of purchase. I had returned the product on 9 September 2020 and cancelled the replacement on 16th September. They are not giving me refund nor answering my issue.
