Text of Complaint by Aarcha:

I had ordered wakefit orthopaedic mattress from Flipkart on 9th July. Since they were unable to deliver the product I cancelled the order with Wakefit and contacted Flipkart for refund, I was told I will be contacted by the escalation team but I haven’t got any call so far.
