Dear Sirs,

I have sold my old car and my paytm fastag was stopped from my side using paytm account on 3rd october 2018 and i got the reference no. 88749875 from paytm fastag.

I called up paytm fastag for my refund and they said that it will be credit to paytm wallet after 90 days.  After 90 days I called up paytm fastag they told me that it will be procressed with 24 to 48 hrs. They are not refunding the money and giving excuses saying some technical fault.

Now they have given me a new reference no.105433093 and I am doing followup with them for last few days and every time they are telling with 24 to 48 hrs I will receive credit, but so far I have not recd the same.

Hence the complaint to you sir.
