i had ordered for Logitech Z906 multimedia speakers through Lt online store on May 18th 2020. however i was not able to contact them for about three months either because they were not answering phone calls or they were sending an automated email message.
finally when i succeded in talking to them a month back i, was told the product is not available and so they would refund my money.
the refund has not come for more than 20 days now
