I purchased a wall clock on March 2021 with order #ORDER TCS13255 by paying 3,499 upfront. Till date didn’t receive the product or hear back from my email about the same. They removed customer care numbers also and had no way to communicate with them. I think they are big white-collar fraud. Please help me get my money back. Attaching the screen shot of the order.
