I have received a smartwatch it was not working and returned the product for replacement. After n number of mail I have received a coupon code to purchase a new smartwatch, when I applied a code and paid extra 1rs through phonepe, after the transaction I have got notification sold out, my order was not placed, after few hours received extra 1rs. Now that code is invalid I have lost 1799rs. Company customer care number is not working.
