Ordered a Security Camera vide order number 3879 dated 16/06/2020 from Shopbiz.in and paid for it online on the same day, but have not received the item nor any reply to my repeated Hotmail messages sent to them, till date. I have bank statement proof that the amount has been received by them.
They need to send me the ordered item or refund my money in full immediately.
