I was searching for a tablet for my children for studies so I was searching it on Google it found a site named (Book My Tab) so I have opened them I have purchased one tab by the method payment method of debit card then ₹3999/- had been debited from my account then I have also received an message on my registered phone number (CONFIRMED: Your Order has been successfully placed with order id 1971871643. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic there will be slight delay in dispatching orders.). I waited for next 5 day but still no product received on my address. Then,I searched on Google that book my tab site is real or fake, I found it that the site is fake so I had got a coustmer service number +919711434746 I called at this number so many times but no response. So, I am complaining here.
Sir/Madam, please help and please try to refund my money back from that company because there is shortage of money during the period of this corona virus.
