I have withdraw services from Vodafone on 10th October ‘2020 due to worst network connectivity. Since that time i am following up with Vodafone for my security refund. After several requests they are not giving me the security refund money. Every month they are sending me sms that they have raised request for refund. But till now I have not received the refund amount. It gives me mental harassment every time. They are not bother about the issue. I am attaching the sms which I received after each request i raised in last 4 months. Now i am demanding Rs. 100000/- as a compensation for their bad consumer services and for the mental harassment they gave me in last 4 months.
