On 29th June, I placed an order for a geyser. I received a wrong package on 1st of July which had it shipment bill ripped off from the package. As my mother wasn’t aware about it, she Google Paid the delivery boy an amount of Rs. 2000. And later discovered that the package was wrong. I got a notification from Amazon, which said, “the product was rejected at delivery” which wasn’t the case at all. However I called the customer care regarding the same. After 2 calls, they scheduled a return for thw wrong item that was delivered. The package was returned on 9th of July. I still haven’t got my refund amount. It’s been more than a month. I’ve made several calls to Amazon, but I’ve seen not received the refund.
