Text of Complaint by Kajal:

I have ordered LG Monitor 10999 on 5th November which was supposed to be delivered around 13th November. I have called them on 13th to know more about delivery as it reaches nearest to my place yet not delivered. Customer care ensures me that it will be delivered soon but suddenly after that they cancel my order overnight. And they are giving me reason that area is non serviceable but (please read this ) on the delivery day as well as after that I receive few other products at my doorstep which clearly indicates that my area is serviceable even I am regular customer receiving products at doorstep so my area is serviceable.
Whenever I call customer care they just give me excuses, recorded answers, and harrass by asking repeating questions (I said please save this infor still I need to say it again and again)
I talk with supervisors too but their response is also not satisfactory.

After that the price of this product has been increased by 1000 it’s 11999. I have asked for compensation, They are just saying that their compensation department is working on this since long still not got any resolution yet.

I have reordered this monitor on 4th December and now promised delivery date is 6th December. Then also they are not delivering my order. On 6th as well as on 8th it was tagged as out of delivery still not delivered yet. Their delivery partners hardly receive calls. It was out of delivery on 6th around 2PM and when I asked them at 4.30 they say we are finding product, and 6.15 they say I am coming in 30 minutes and at 7.30 they say it will deliver by tomorrow 11 AM but today is 9th of December, they are not delivering my product.

They are keeping my money unnecessarily, they are not resolving customer queries with facts and real time solutions, I have also send them email. still no progress. Nothing.

Today I have added their grievance office in email chain, their CS-head, tweet against them and raising this here to get some resolution.

What I want at end is please please
1- deliver my monitor immediately which I bought at 11999,
2- Compensate my 1000 which was because of their negligence
3- please make sure I receive quality product not a damaged or tempered one as this is electric glass item needs to be handle with care
4- or just cancel my order immediately, refund my money immediately
5- DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS WHICH ARE OUT OF THEIR CAPACITY

I am writing here with lots of hope, please help me.
