Dear Team,
I had ordered Dinning table 4 seater on 7th January 2023, it was received defective, so i had requested for return but Flipkart company told to replace first after that if any issues they will refund. 25th of January they had picked there order n shipping was showing that & will receive my replacement order on 8th January, but the tracking ID which they had mentioned is not working from the day one. It is from ekart logistics. But on 8th Feb still I not received my order n when I called to coustomer care they are only repeating the same it will reach you at the end of the day. And now on 9th February, they apologies and sayings you have to wait till 13th February due to some issues they are unable to full filled my order.
I want to refund my money back
