I placed an order on myntra for a moda rapido shirt , the order was supposed to delivered at said address but the delivery boy convinced me to take the parcel at near by shop, as he could not able to reach me, i was agreed upon his genuine request but when i visited the shop, i came to know there are no such parcel being delivered. I have tried to reach that EKart delivery boy but every time my phone got disconnected. So i cancelled my order on app , but the customer care team denied my request and told me that u have to raise complaint within 5 days of delivery date. Now they are not even entertaining my complaint and the delivery boy not even picking my call.
