Dear sir/madam
I am Naren Lohiya from Delhi, i have running loan with aditya birla housing finance, my Laon no is (LNDELLAP- 02220121671).
My concern is, i applied for 30Lak rupees loan for BT and Top-up, Top up amount i required for construction 3floor.
I applied for loan in January 2022 and final i received 2460000rs in April month, Mr.vineet and Mr.Nitin was looking for my laon. They have promised to give rest amount once i started construction house around 5Lak, however it’s been a 2months construction work is started almost half work of my house has finished now, however no one is visited my house and my rest amount is still pending. 5Lak rupees i have spend in construction and half work is still pending.
This time Mr.Pankaj Dwivedi from Noida Branch looking after my rest loan amount, however he is not responding to my call msgs, daily i tried to talk to him however he is not responding, somtimes he picked my call and always he is having one line, i am checking what is going on than i will will tell you, whenever he picked call he always gives me time, me and my father personally went to Noida Branch to meet Mr.Pankaj, he said rest amount you will get shortly, now he is not responding,
We cannot fight with anyone we belongs to decent family, we can only request to them only, Our house construction work has stopped in between due to shortage of money,
I and my father personally went to noida branch 2times to meet Mr.Nageesh and Mr.Pankaj, 3hrs we had waited for them, they didn’t even meet us, Mr.pankaj came to us after 3hrs and said we will meet to you tomorrow or we will call you tomorrow, 6days back we have visited there, still he is not responding and not even picking calls, we are stuck in between.
