I had done one transaction through payZapp worth rs. 1509.85.actually at that time one offer was running that u can get 10% casback above rs. 600 transaction. So, i was eligible for this transaction and I had applied “grocery” promo code successful ly which is required for cash back. I applied this promo code successfully that they accepted. But some how some products is not available they send refund for that and I received refund for that product. So, now payzapp says that incase of refund i am not eligible for cash back this is not proper.
Kindly do the needful
