I HAVE BOOKED WIZPAD TAB 10.1 INCH BY PAYING Rs.3999.20 BUT IA HAVE RECEIVED A OLD AND USED MOBILE NAMED PRATA AND WHEN I PUT IT TO CHARGE IT IS GROUNDING AND I AM GETTING ELECTRIC SHOCK

I have ordered 2 wizpad tabs each tab i pay 3999 rs totally for 2 tabs i paid 7998 rs on 02-09-20 but on 15-09-20 they send me used china mobile not working so i want money refund or 1 inch tabs
