I HAD PURCHASED A LONG TERM TWO WHEELER POLICY NUMBER OG-19-9906-1843-00030166 ON THE BAJAJ ALLIANZ PORTAL THROUGH BAJAJ ALLIANZ EXECUTIVE AND HE TOLD ME RS 1500000 COVER FOR OWNER DRIVER AND RS 200000 COVER FOR CO PASSENGER WHICH ALSO SHOWN IN THE QUOTATION AND AFTER SEEING THE QUOTATION I PAID RS 4200 PREMIUM AS PER THE DIRECTION OF EXECUTIVE BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE POLICY BY POST THERE IS NO COVER FOR OWNER DRIVER MENTIONED IN THE POLICY. SAME DAY I.E. JAN 14 I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND HE TOLD ME THAT SEND A MAIL ON websales@bajajallianz.co.in AND YOUR CAN GET A REPLY FROM OUR TEAM WITHIN 24 HRS AND I SEND A MAIL BUT I DIDN’T RECD ANY REPLY THEN I AGAIN CONTACTED ON 15TH JAN BUT RECD SAME REPLY AND I SEND MAIL AGAIN BUT NO REPLY RECD. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE DAILY THEN THEY PROVIDED ME ANOTHER MAIL ggro@bajaallianz.co.in AND I SEND THE MAIL TO BOTH MAIL IDS BUT DIDN’T RECD ANY REPLY FROM BOTH SIDE. THEN I AGAIN CONTACTED ON 21ST JAN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT OUR TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU WITH 2/3 WORKING DAYS BUT NEITHER ANYONE CONTACTED ME NOR I RECD ANY REPLY FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ.
