I have given my scooter at Thane service center on 17.10.2023 for battery replacement till yet I have not received any update regarding the same and Ola customer support every time raised a new complaint and closed the same within in 2 days by there own.
I have mail serval time on Ola support email id but not received any response they are just looting the money from the customers. Once the scooter is sold then customer has to face the issue they don’t bother even to help.
