My Ola Electric scooter has been experiencing issues with the motor & two other issues, since 12 days. On 26th August 2023 I promptly reported this issue to OLA customer support through the Ola Electric app Complaint ID:#500Ny000001mNjVIAU (# 00294673). However, despite the lapse of almost 2 weeks, I have not received any resolution or response from the Ola service team, and also in the call support they are not providing a proper solution.
