i have purchased a RECONNECT DANK NECKBAND from JioMart on 14.10.2022 vide Order No. 16657032990086961A and Invoice No. R20199322608537 with 1 year warranty. After using for 6 months, i have faced connectivity issue. i have complained for it since may, 2023 but no response has been made by JioMart till 17.07.2023. On 18.07.2023 an E-mail from cs@jiomart.com has been received with Ticket No. 689663462901 and on the same day another mail regarding closure the said ticket 689663462901 has been received as an ongoing ticket bearing No. 683621971199 was there.
Till then 29 e-mails has been sent by me and more than 50 phone calls has been made by me to JioMart regarding the above issue till date but no resolution has been provided by JioMart. lastly, on 10.09.23 a e-mail has been received regarding repairing of the defective product within 72 hours but till date no response has been made by JioMart.
