Text of Complaint by Naiyer Amin Bhat:

I had ordered 4 suits from alishaif. One among these 4 was of very cheap quality, so I initiated a return request for it. I was informed that I would have to courier the parcel myself. So I did via Indiapost. But alishaif is not accepting that they have received the parcel, when the Indiapost website clearly shows that it was delivered to them on 28th September 2020. I have tried to contact alishaif customer support via email, whatsapp and phone call as well. But they are not responding. The amount to be refunded is just Rs 2099. Please intervene and provide much needed relief.
