I had ordered a Puma shoe on Amazon, for which the delivery of the shoe didnt come. It says in the portal that it was handed over to a receptionist, but when we checked with CCTV camera’s no one came at the time of delivery since I only provided OTP, which I have done for previous orders and gotten them successfully.
When i called customer care, there were rude and kept saying the same thing again and again saying that they cant refund the amount because It is a secure delivery and cut the call.
