Text of Complaint by Pradip Mahale:

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Samsung AC through Flipkart on 28th April 2022, when installation over came to know that AC outdoor unit was not working & it was replaced on 18th May 2022 & product installed on 22 may 2022, and after 8 days back same error as outdoor unit was not working.
Immediate complaint was lodged in Flipkart for AC not working. Also logged complaint in Samsung & second day person was came and also told that outdoor unit is not working needs to be changed.
After complaint lodged in flipkart committed that techinician will be visited on 7th June 2022 and after that refund will be provided. But as on date neither person came to visit nor received any information however at the evening of 7th June got update on app that your problem is resolved by trouble shouting but as on date it was not resolved.
Either Samsung persons cheating to us or flipkart is cheating and selling the defective products to the customer by using attractive offers.
May times i called to customer care executives & no has committed to refund or to solve the problem.
Also 4 times lodged the complaint in consumer port where without concern directly close the complaint.
Looking expected positive response from your end.
Im attaching invoices copy and current photo of error got on AC.
