I have ordered product on Ajio when i ordered product first i have received different product so i have sent it back by placing return request but after taking long period almost 10days your team informed it’s non-Ajio product refund can’t be initiated and they have resent the product.But during your team conveyed after receiving the product you can once again return request by contacting with customer care. Even i have clearly asked them already return window closed because your team took almost 15days to confirm and send product back.
Now I have received correct product but I am not happy with product now product price completely decreased I don’t want product anymore.Already I have shared images and all through email but now your team is not accepting the return by saying already quality check done can’t be initiated return for current correct product.
