I have taken a excitel broadband connection last month and the local people who came they said if any issue call us back we will resolving the issue in 4 hours it’s a big lie from the second day the issue started and I tried calling the people who given the connection and they are not responding at all and I have created a service ticket still no resolution and am facing frequent disconnections I have written a mail for the nodal officer of excitel company and I have asked for the disconnections itself because of service as am working from home without Internet I cannot work and they said we will not provide any refund but this law is very horrible for the customers who pays more than thousands and I don’t know how trai has approved this now my job is in risky because am unable to submit my works on time so please help in me in getting the refund and permanent closing of the account of excitel.
