I had issue with the product firebolt ninja Calling , which I purchased from Amazon. It stopped working all of a sudden within a month of using. When I contacted firebolt they took back the product and promised me to replace with the same item . Now from almost one month they are not providing the product and telling me to choose other product with the same price so after many days I found and I told product of my choice that firebolt ring3 product . Now also they are telling the same thing like it’s not available. I am getting very frustrated. They are causing so much of inconvenience taking money and giving right kind of product which I prefer . And they are not ready to refund .
Please look after this issue. It will be much helpful.
