Dear Sir,

My mobile number 9959833456 was transferred from Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid on 19-DEC-2018, got the prepaid access on 20-DEC-2018. But the outgoing access was not provided, till now i made 4 complaints to get the issue fixed. After multiple followups also, they are not able to resolve the issue, not allowing to port to other networks stating minimum time to port is 90 days even after transferring from postpaid to prepaid within Airtel. The Airtel team is not able to resolve the outgoing call issue and not allowing to post out the number. Everyday i am getting the same answer, please wait for 24 hours.

Please help me to resolve the issue or Port to other network.
