Text of Complaint by Parvaiz Tantray:

Hi I am mr Parvaiz from J&K district Ganderbal my complaint is about the retailer who doesn’t provide the genuine bill to the customers I myself have purchased the products from him and was asking for the bill which he doesn’t provide till now.
I have asked him for the bill but he refused to provide as his sayings were like “we cannot provide a bill to you as you are not any Dc or magistrate” he used abusing language when I asked for genuine bill he harassed me for no reason. He also attack on me in his shop when I visit there to do the reconciliation for the fictitious bill provided by him which is not legal. Kindly do needful.
