Text of Complaint by NILKANTH LOHKARE:

Sir,

I used less than 200 mb data today ,even I turned off my cellular data tonight and in the morning when I turned on my data and used YouTube for 1 or 2 mins they ( jio CCS) send me message that my 50percent data has been used by me . At night I used max 150 mb and in morning just 2 min video then how can my 50 percent data be exhausted and soon much more data got exhausted with much more speed . When I checked my data usage in my jio app it also showed that I have used less than 200 mb data today but the data left on home page of my jio app was different and showed I have used more than 50 percent dat been used ,at one time two data displays showed different readings  . This the second time such thing had happened ,day before tomorrow the same happened and today again.

I want to have my data back ( which is not used by me and still reduced) .So please take a look in this matter.Or I want to know where my data has been used even when my cellular data was off.
