Dear Team,
I recommend you never buy any products from Paytm
I will purchase a LED TV on Feb-2020 and received Product successfully but I will not open Product right now due to Long time Delivery time I’m out of station then my Product was seal after a long time All India Lockdown so I’m not opening Product because I’m out of City when Lockdown open I Come and successfully open Product after 4-5 Month of purchase date pass I saw Product defected my TV not working I want to claim Warranty then see invoice so no any information available of Manufacturer or warranty claim contact details then I will touch with Paytm but Paytm team not contacted and I will complaints many time on Paytm App but not responding.
