We booked two rooms for 2 persons in Hotel Radission Srinagar via Make My Trip. Our package was inclusive of Breakfast, Dinner/lunch, 2 pints of beers per room per day and other facilities like gym, spa etc. When we checked in, hotel refused to provide the dinner & beers as mentioned in the vouchure. When we contacted MMT they told they will speak to hotel and will arrange it as per the package. but we did not got any response for two days from make my trip. When contacted MMT again they arranged a concall with hotel staff. No refund provided by Make My Trip/Radission till now as I booked this package at higher prices.
