I have raised jio fiber router replacement on 6th August and I have been informed that technician will visit by 5pm to 6 pm on same day. but no one came, I called customer service again, but same false promises given stating technician will visit on 7th August in between 3 pm to 5 pm. No one came. Next day, I called again , agent name, Srinkat promised me that technician will visit on 8th August in between 2.45 pm to 3.45 pm, but no one came also he informed that I will receive call from backend team from Jio finer service team before 3.45 pm , no one called. I had to call again customer service around 6pm on same day, Agent named, Swati promised me that I will receive the call and services will be provided before midnight. but no one called or came to repair. I need compensation for this inconvenience from Jio fiber team.
