I had placed an order with Nykka Fashion on 14th November for 2 items and one of them was delivered on 16th November however since the quality of the product was bad, I had placed a return request on 17th November and the delivery agent cancelled the pickup stating false reasons, since then I have been following up with the Nykka agents but they have not been taking appropriate action. They have done something similar with another item. However this item is priced at Rs. 4799.
There has also been a delay in the delivery of the other product and I have been asking them to cancel it but they are not even doing that.
The total amount involved here is Rs. 9473.
Please take strict action against them.
