I had bought one 1.5 ton Voltas 3 star split inverter a c on 27th July 2020 and got delivered on 30th July 2020 installation was to be done on 31st July 2020 but they said that it can’t be installed as the indoor unit and outdoor unit CBU Model numbers are different and it won’t work as I talked to Voltas senior engineer executive ..
Kindly please look into the matter as they are delaying for replacement and flipkart has not processed it till now ..
Its my hard earned money of 35k…
Please do the needful as soon as possible..
