I have placed the return request of one product on 1st March. According to the customer support the product should be picked up by 10th of March but they delayed the pickup and when I have contacted the customer support they said that they have raised the complaint for the same and It should get resolved by 15th of March. The product is still not picked up and also I don’t have any information regarding the refund.
