I’ve purchased 2 products worth around 1.3 L INR on January 1st. Since the product I’ve received is defective I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they certified this product as DOA and ask me to contact amazon. And amazon filed an return on 7th and as today (22.01.2021) No one came to pickup the item from 7th to till date everyday I’m filing a return and it keeps on getting rejected. And amazon executives not replying properly on customer service over call.
