I ordered a product from Amazon on 6 September, the return policy is valid till 5 October but when the delivery guy comes he rejects my pickup saying that the verification is failed.
Regarding this when i contacted customer care support so they said that we are creating pickup but nothing happened, they are trying to fool the costomer.
